This Scientific Writing Competition was carried out and was carried out to explore the insights of the people of Maluku Province in terms of the potential of natural resources in Maluku. The theme chosen is also in accordance with the company’s motto “We Believe In Second Chance“. Through this theme, it is hoped that the Maluku people will realize that Maluku has a second chance to return to progress and glory through the potential of natural resources in this case in the form of oil and gas.

This competition is intended for all Maluku men and women everywhere. A total of 69 registrants, 3 winners were found whose Scientific Papers had been assessed by a very competent jury in their field, namely, Dr. Herfien Samahelu, S.T., M.Eng., chairman of IAGI Ambon and Djufri Rays Pattilouw, S.E., M.Sc., who are academics from Pattimura University Ambon. The first place winner was won by Nugrah Gables Manery with the title “The Role of Legal Principles in Optimizing the Management of Oil and Gas Wealth Potential in Maluku Province as an Effort to Realize Regional Welfare“.
