“In this collaboration we continue to implement good business governance”
Jakarta (ANTARA) – Perumda Dharma Jaya is exploring cooperation in procuring animal protein food needs through the availability or supply of fish to DKI Jakarta with the Maluku Provincial Government BUMD, PT Maluku Energi Abadi (Perseroda).
Based on the written statement by DKI BUMD in the food sector in Jakarta, Thursday, the exploration of this cooperation was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding by the Business Director of Perumda Dharma Jaya Feldiansyah and Main Director of PT Maluku Energi Abadi (Perseroda) Musalam Latuconsina on Tuesday (24/1).
In that statement, Feldiansyah said the purpose of this collaboration was to fulfill the community’s need for animal protein such as processed fish and its derivatives.
Feldiansyah conveyed that this collaboration would include marketing business development, maintaining product quality, increasing product buying and selling, and ensuring the continuity of the production process between companies.
“In this collaboration we continue to apply Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in accordance with applicable regulations with the hope that it will run smoothly and increase the volume of fish exports from Maluku. The point is we are ready to support,” said Feldiansyah.
Meanwhile, Musalam Latuconsina welcomed and supported cooperation on the need for animal protein food, especially the availability of fish for the community, including in Jakarta.
Musalam also invited Dharma Jaya to collaborate in meeting the food needs of oil and gas workers, one of which is in the Masela oil block in the future.
“With good collaboration between regions, we both protect and ensure that food needs are met properly and maintain the survival of fishermen,” said Musalam.
